With over 10 years of musical experience, we offer a supportive, professional environment where each student receives a customized learning plan tailored to their level and goals. Lessons are held online in English or Albanian, and are suitable for children, teens, and adults. About me
Hello, I’m Kristi, the founder of Opus Music Studio. I come from a family of artists, where creativity and the love of art were present from an early age. Growing up in this environment naturally led me to music and shaped my passion for teaching. I began classical guitar at age 9, studying under Edison Misso and Anila Misso—two of the most respected guitar educators in Tirana. Edison Misso, founder of the first guitar department at the University of Arts, had a major impact on my artistic development. In 5th grade, I also began studying piano, which deepened my musical understanding. I’ve won first prize twice in the prestigious “Tirana Talent” competition and participated in masterclasses with internationally acclaimed guitarist Grisha Goryachev, who helped refine my technique and artistic interpretation. During my university years, I performed for four consecutive years in “Tingujt e Kitares”—a festival dedicated to the top classical guitar students. I’ve received multiple certificates of recognition as both a student and a teacher. I hold two university degrees: Classical Guitar and Elementary Education. While working in public schools in Tirana, I observed major gaps in traditional music education, which inspired me to build something better. At age 20, I opened my first private studio, which quickly became a success. In 2024, I expanded that vision and created Opus Music Online, bringing the same care and quality to students internationally. My goal is to create a safe, motivating, and inspiring space where every student can grow technically, develop creativity, and build a lifelong connection with music.
